With this project I explored a different workflow using Vellum in Houdini to do cloth simulations as a base for material creation.
The setup can be iterated on very easily and gives me baked outputs for the cloth and stitches.
These maps are then combined in Substance 3D Designer where I do all the surface detailing.
Renders of this project have been made in Marmoset Toolbag.
Post grading has been done in Affinity and DaVinci Resolve.
